Therapeutic Activities

Therapeutic Activities are a staple in the Level Eleven rehabilitation playbook. Exercises performed will vary based upon patient need and functional level. Some of the areas addressed in Therapeutic Activities are core strength, upper extremity functionality, and skills necessary for activities of daily living. Weighted balls, bars, and cuffs are often used to challenge the patient in Therapeutic Activities.
